Beverly Martinez (she/her)

Year: Junior

Beverly is a junior studying psychology. She hopes that when she graduates, she can enter graduate school and eventually become a clinical psychologist for children. Working with kids is something Beverly is very passionate about. Ever since she was 12 years old, Beverly has been working with children. She is very passionate about helping kids and making a positive impact on people’s lives. Growing up on the coast of Lake Superior, Beverly learned to love nature, hiking, swimming, and adventuring with friends.  Her talents include photography, drawing, and painting.

Allison Schrank (she/her)

Year: Junior

Allison is a Psychology major with an interest in healthcare. She hopes to also obtain a Bachelor of Science in Nursing to combine her love of working with and learning to better understand children with her passion for helping others in any way possible. In her free time, she enjoys exercising, walking her dog, volunteering, spending time with her family, and exploring new places around the Madison area!

Lily Nehring (she/her)

Year: Junior

Lily is a Psychology and Information Science major who plans to pursue graduate school to become a school psychologist. She loves working with kids and hopes to meaningfully support and advocate for them in her future career. In her free time, Lily enjoys going on walks, coloring, and discovering new restaurants in search of the best cheese curds!

Rowan O’Laughlin (she/her)

Year: Sophomore

Rowan is studying Psychology with certificates in Dance/Movement Therapy and Environmental Studies. She is planning on pursuing a career in counseling and hopes to work with kids and young adults. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, climbing, and spending time with friends. 

Julia Weber (she/her)

Year: Senior

Julia is a Psychology undergraduate at UW-Madison looking to get certificates in Art History and Art Studio. Julia is currently conducting a senior thesis with the lab on novel group identity concealment. After graduation in the spring of 2026, she is hoping to gain a Master’s degree as well as continue with psychological research. In her spare time, Julia enjoys rock climbing, drawing, cooking, and cozying up with a good book.

Andriana Boulos (she/her)

Year: FreshmanAndriana is majoring in Psychology and earning a certificate in Spanish. She plans to pursue higher education in psychology and hopes to build a career that allows her to teach and support others. Additionally, Andriana is currently part of the Undergraduate Research Scholar program at UW. In her free time, Andriana enjoys playing guitar, spending time with friends, and preserving and celebrating Assyrian culture.

Reese Gbur (she/her)

Year: Sophomore

Reese is majoring in Human Development and Family Studies.  She is currently on a pre-medical track with plans to attend medical school after graduation and is interested in working with children as a child psychiatrist in the future.  Reese is currently conducting an independent research project in the lab as part of her BIO 152 course. In her free time, Reese enjoys going on walks along the lakeshore path, reading a book by Lake Mendota, and spending time with her friends.    

Asher Algoso (they/them)

Year: Sophomore

Asher is majoring in Psychology and Neurobiology. After obtaining their bachelor’s in science, they intend to go to graduate school for a PhD in Clinical Psychology, with an interest in working with children and adolescents. They’re from Arizona, and in their free time, they like to hike, swim, and explore the southwest.

Emily Leys (she/her)

Year: Junior

Emily is majoring in Psychology. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts, she is considering pursuing higher education within the field of psychology. Her main mission has been to help others however possible, and she is excited to discover which specific path will allow her to do so in the future. In her spare time, Emily enjoys working/volunteering with kids, reading, traveling, listening to music, thrifting, baking, and spending time with friends, family, and her dog.
